Learning Center Live Essentials Level: (This level is a full day of sessions.)
This level is geared towards new Rotarians to learn the ins and out of Rotary, but also is a great refresher for those more experienced members. This session includes:

Learning Center Live Intermediate Level: (subject to proof of prior completion of "Essentials Level" courses)
This level expands on what was learned during the Essentials level. (This level is a full day of sessions.)

Creating a club culture that is welcoming to everyone states with having conversations about diversity, equity and inclusion. Discussing these topics takes time and isn't always easy. This course will help your club hold these discussions, assess it's policies and practices and make changes to create a more inclusive culture.
Learn how to present your club members as people of action, which helps build awareness of Rotary and the impact you make. You'll learn how to tell a compelling people of action story, create powerful visuals and use the public image materials to show how your club is taking action to make the world a better place.
Learn the basics of how to manage change, including how to succeed in leading it, how to assess people's readiness to make changes, how to plan for change and how to respond to any resistance.
